Are the Woodland Commons townhomes all-electric and energy-efficient?
Yes! All Woodland Commons townhomes are all-electric and built with green, energy-efficient construction. Each home features mini-split climate control on every floor and in every bedroom, high-quality insulation, and energy-conscious systems designed to reduce utility costs and minimize environmental impact. These modern, sustainable features create a comfortable, low-maintenance living experience while supporting a greener lifestyle.
What is the Homeowners Association (HOA)?
Woodland Commons is managed by Summit View Property Management. The monthly fee of $250 covers community maintenance, landscaping, water, sewer, trash, snow removal, and upkeep of shared amenities.

Can you hear freeway noise from inside the townhomes?

Although Woodland Commons is located near the freeway, the homes are built with high-quality windows and strong insulation designed to minimize exterior noise. Inside the units, freeway sounds are very faint to not noticeable, creating a quiet and comfortable living environment.
Phase 2 of Woodland Commons is scheduled for completion in summer 2026, with homes ready for new residents to move in and start enjoying the modern, low-maintenance lifestyle of this vibrant community.
Is there guest parking?
Yes! Woodland Commons provides at least four designated guest parking spaces along Warnock Avenue, directly across from the garages. In addition, there is plenty of convenient on-street parking nearby on
500 E and along Warnock toward 600 E, just outside the community gates, making it easy for friends and family to visit.
